Maintenance Subscription

Important terms

• At-home maintenance is available within our service area on the mainland of the Netherlands and in Flanders. The Dutch Wadden Islands and Wallonia are explicitly excluded.
• For at-home maintenance, no extra distance charge applies up to and including 100 km one-way from Leusden. Beyond that, a surcharge of EUR 0.35 per additional kilometer applies.
• An appointment is always required for maintenance. How quickly we can help depends on our available planning and how busy we are at that time.
• This is only available for bikes ordered during or after 2025.
• A maintenance subscription only covers maintenance work and replacement of a limited selection of wear parts: outer tires, inner tubes and brake pads.
• Issues covered by warranty are always repaired free of charge, even without a maintenance subscription.
• Issues outside warranty are never repaired free of charge, including when you have a maintenance subscription.
• Results always depend in part on how well the bike has been treated and maintained by the customer. We cannot guarantee that a bike will always look like new after maintenance. For example, we can perform rust removal, but if the bike has not been properly maintained we may not be able to remove all rust.
• One subscription covers one specific bike only. If you want to cover multiple bikes, a separate subscription is required for each bike.
